Our Tune-Up & Safety Inspection Includes:
• Inspect door sections, track, counterbalance system, hinges, rollers, and weather seal
• Tighten all loose bolts and screws
• Lubricate hinges, rollers, and springs
• Rebalance door as needed (adjust spring tension)
• Adjust garage door opener travel and safety settings
• Lubricate opener sprocket and chain
• Check down-force pressure for proper safety operation
Recommended Interval:
Once per year for optimal performance and longevity.
Your door will be checked for tired springs, cables, broken rollers, bent tracks, rust and more. Does not cover repairs. A service call will apply to any repair and parts, if needed, are additional.
