“Our Garage door was installed by my husband and his brother. Yikes! It just suddenly stopped working one morning and I could not get my car out. When the man arrived he looked at it and said something was installed backwards! Ha. He fixed it in 15 minutes or less and it was soooo quiet. If we have anymore problems or just simply want an upgrade, I'll call none else but this guy. They were prompt, fast, and very professional.”
“It went great. What a pleasant experience. I got a call back on the same day I left a message which was on a Sunday. They showed up on time and were very professional. My garage door squeaked and rattled and sounded terrible. They changed the rollers and it sounds great now; no rattle. They also did the regular maintenance. When we got the garage door about a year and a half ago the glass panels were put on the second row down. I wanted them on the top row for safety reasons and they were able to do that without taking the whole door down. They even apologized for having to charge me me more for the labor. The electric door lock had a short in it and they pulled it out and fixed it. The light had not worked since it was put in and they fixed that too. I thought the price was very reasonable. It included the coupon. I am a happy camper now and would highly recommend them.
“They were very accommodating to my work schedule and showed up right on time on the scheduled day. Found the loud squeaking, grinding noise in my garage door and fixed it perfectly ... even went above and beyond by bracing a part where the company that installed the garage door had cracked the wood they screwed the plate into. All work and costs were explained to me prior to any work being done. Very nice people to work with -- would definitely call them again!!”
